Autobiographical Essay
The world that I came from is difficult to explain, and can only be changed by me and me only. I was not born into a rich family or a poor family but we knew what was important in life and that’s how we come to where we are my mom works very hard for my family because I have no dad, but my sister got to live with my dad and she ended up going to the army when I was young and when she left it was just me my mom and grandma to take care of me. That to this day has still not changed very much even though I’m old enough to now start searching for a job and start repaying the favor to my parents.
I started school when I was 5, I remember that I was scared to let go of my mom i was crying but after she left I met some of my classmates and my teacher who helped me through this tough time in my life. Before Knew it My first year of school was over and i was relieved until my mom told me I had to go back next year. I remember when I started first grade and I wasn’t as scared I was when I started kindergarten, but when we actually started working I didn’t like that very much, then when I went home that day my mom gave me the terrible truth that, that is what I was going to have to do that for the next 12 years of my life. Now that I’m starting my last year of school, what my mom told me that first day of first grade was completely true everything has gotten harder since then but I have persevered through everything and am very confident that I will graduate on time.
The community I live in is Lindsay California which is a nice town a lot of people know each other which is somewhat helpful to me even though I really only know the people in my neighborhood and my friends who happen to live in different parts of town. I do plan on moving out of lindsay in the next 10 years hopefully have a family and be doing something to support them. Right now I play baseball for the high school and I'm hoping for a scholarship to play baseball in community college and then move on to play for fresno state and then if everything goes well play for a major league team sometime in the future. Because of the support of all my family it has pushed me to keep trying and pursue that dream, so if I was asked what my biggest inspiration was I would say my family for sure.
In conclusion my life has had bumps and curves so far but just like everyone else I expect to have more and eventually those curves will be a straight line and those bumps will smooth out. All in all my life has been great I'm grateful for what I have and am hopeful for the things to come later on in my life.
